Nature Center Field Trip

This month Teigan went on a fieldtrip to the Nature Center. He had so much fun he didn't even want to leave. His favorite part was inside where the Tent and all the Bears were.

Boating in April, Brrr!!

I Love my Kids! This was the first time me and the kids have been back to the lake. To Cold to get in the Water, but Great to enjoy the Sunshine. Teigan insisted on bringing his wetsuit. So we brought it, he put it on, and then he didn't even want to get his big toe wet! I don't blame him, but he is funny sometimes.

The next day we went out again. This time Torrey and Cheryl took out "Token Bid". Torrey's Big Toy. It did great out on the water. It was the first time it made it In and Out of the water. Yeah! Good work guys.

Easter Fun

Me and my two wonderful kids.

We had a wonderful Easter. It was filled with family, love and of course the easter bunny. Grandma Angies was the place to be this year. Thats where the Easter Bunny came and hid their baskets, filled with goodies. The kids, then had to find them. We also did one of our favorite pastimes, coloring the eggs. I don't have pictures of this because I lost my phone, that had the pictures on it. But thats another story. We always had a huge Easter Egg Hunt in the backyard when we were little, so thats what we did. Once we got back into town Grandma and Grandpa Bird had an Easter Egg hunt for them too. We had a wonderful Easter journey. Thank goodness for families because holidays wouldn't be the same without them :P

Skylee's 2nd Birthday

Double Dosage

Skylee has had a fever, yucky cough, and runny nose since yesterday. Last night we gave her tylenol. This morning I decided to give her Motin cuz it lasts longer. Not thinking I gave her the Tylenol dosage and not the Motrin dosage. Therfore I overdosed my child. As soon as I gave her the medicine I realized what I had done. I started to panic and called the pharmacy and her doctor and the poison control. Luckily they said it wasn't toxic and she was going to be ok. Thank goodness! They told me to just skip the next dosage and she was going to be fine. What a scare! That was a first for me.

Savings at Albertsons

So I'm trying to do better with this whole coupon thing. I have to brag a little bit because I have never spent so little and gotten so much! I went to Albertsons last night and only spent $11.32 and this is what I got:
10 Boxes of cereal!!
Seedless Grapes
and a Bag of Salad
THe thing is I didn't even have any coupons! Post Cereal at Albertsons was ONLY .67 cents! You have to buy 5 at a time, pay for it, and then you get a $5 coupon. I didn't know it was so easy to save. Happy Savings :)
